HiBill is a service operated by "NIKOTER SOFT" S.R.L., a company registered in the Republic of Moldova. At HiBill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for our subscription services. Our payment processing is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

2. Subscription Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that we are unable to resolve, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charges.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • After the 14-day refund period has expired
  • If you have violated our Terms of Service
  • For partial months of service after the refund period
  • If you simply forgot to cancel before the renewal date (though we encourage you to contact us)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
  3. Provide your order or transaction ID if available (found in your Paddle receipt email)

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Please note:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • For payments made in currencies other than the original charge currency, the refund amount may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, you will retain access to your subscription features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not automatically renew, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.

7. Free Trial

If you signed up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged according to the plan you selected.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you have a special situation not covered by this policy, please contact us at admin@hibill.app. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a fair resolution.
